Creativity in all its forms was on display this weekend at the 34th Annual Bruce Museum Outdoor Arts Festival. Artists mingled with art lovers of all ages in the mid-October sun, while bands played and food trucks tempted hungry visitors.

This patriotic - and highly attended - event is organized annually by the Sound Beach Volunteer Fire Department - and they do it big! This year, participants marching in the parade numbered in the hundreds and represented a diverse cross-section of our local community including first responders, sports teams, volunteer firefighters, policemen, scouts, veterans groups, nonprofits, schools, local businesses and community organizations of all stripes
