Certificate and Promotional Code Refunds

The Refund policy for any Living Greenwich Certificate or promotional code sale will always be stated at the time of purchase and, if you are purchasing a Certificate, it will show on your Certificate. Sponsoring merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services – and redemption of this certificate’s value.

Merchandise Items Refunds
From time to time Living Greenwich offers select Merchandise Items on its Sites.  For Living Greenwich Merchandise Items, unless indicated in the Fine Print as “Final Sale” or otherwise ineligible for returns, you may return an unopened and unused Living Greenwich Merchandise Items for any reason within 14 days following delivery. Generally, returns that are received in acceptable condition will be eligible for a refund credit to your Living Dollars Account in the amount of the price you paid for the Living Greenwich Merchandise Item, minus a re-stocking fee of $7.99 per each item returned – unless otherwise indicated in the Fine Print Refunds for the wrong items, or defective or damaged items will be made in full for all amounts you paid, without deduction for the re-stocking fee. In the event of a “Final Sale” promotion, you may apply for a refund only if the Living Greenwich Merchandise Item you received is different from what you ordered or is damaged or defective. For any return, you must place a return request at support@livinggreenwich.com or via telephone at 1-203-290-3180. A member of the Living Greenwich Customer Experience team will send you a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) via email, which must be included in your return package with the Living Greenwich Merchandise Items. Only items returned with an RMA will be accepted for return. You must return the Living Greenwich Merchandise Item to us within 14 days following delivery of the Living Greenwich Merchandise Item. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the Living Greenwich Merchandise Item while it is in your possession. Except in the case whereby a Greenwich Merchandise Item delivered to you is damaged or defective, Living Greenwich reserves the right not to credit your Account for any Living Greenwich Merchandise Item returned by you that is incomplete, damaged or in an otherwise unsellable condition. It’s our goal to process any refund or credit amount due to you as soon as possible and no later than 3 business days from the day when the return is received by our returns receipt facility. If the reason for return is because the Living Greenwich Merchandise Item is damaged or defective, we reserve the right to examine the returned Living Greenwich Merchandise Item and if we agree that the Living Greenwich Merchandise Item was delivered damaged or defective we will notify you of your refund via e-mail. Living Greenwich will usually refund any money received from you in the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
