Armonk Tennis Club Summer Camps: More Than Just Tennis
Armonk Tennis Club offers three unique summer camps, each providing a fun and instructive experience. Since 1998, we have provided children of all ages with fun and instructive experiences ranging from tennis to multi-sport to science and art. Our current lineup of programs includes Armonk International Tennis Academy, Camp Armonk Sports, and Mad Science.
Armonk International Tennis Academy is a tennis-focused program for players of all abilities ages 6-18. With Advanced and Junior camps, elite players take their game to the next level through intensive group drilling, private instruction, fitness training, and more, while beginners and casual players progress through skill-building games, situational play, and supervised matches.
At Camp Armonk Sports, kids entering grades K-7 take part in a variety of athletic activities. Soccer, tennis, basketball, and swimming are just some of the sports they’ll learn, practice, and compete in. They’ll also play games like capture the flag, gaga, and dodgeball.
Finally, Mad Science uses interactive activities to teach kids in grades K-5 both practical and amazing science lessons. Each week focuses on a different theme, allowing kids to fully explore and understand the scientific principles behind it. In the afternoons, campers can either join Camp Armonk Sports or enjoy art activities with a swim period. They can also choose a half-day option.

About Armonk Tennis Club
Armonk Tennis Club is a year-round tennis center featuring 14 Har-Tru courts (10 outdoor and 4 indoor). However, during the summer, the club becomes a full camp facility, with two large playing fields, a 25-yard swimming pool, a basketball court, picnic and playground areas, and a food bar. On rainy days, the indoor nets come down, creating a large playing space.
Armonk Tennis Club was established in 1958, and it is thought by some historians to be the first tennis facility of its kind. The club’s youth tennis programs include first-rate junior development clinics and one-on-one training. During the summer, we run a junior tennis camp, the summer session of Armonk International Tennis Academy, and various USTA junior tournaments.
Our adult programs feature seasonal courts and lessons, clinics, organized play, and interclub teams. We also offer summer membership packages that offer full court and pool access.
