Just a friendly reminder that we've arrived at that time of year when our friendly and furry companions lose their beach privileges.

Day Trips: Orchidelirium at the New York Botanical Garden

We love living in Greenwich and enjoy all it has to offer. Not the least is our ability to access culture, nature and shopping of all sorts just a short drive from town. So we decided to visit the New York Botanical Garden's Orchid Show, and it was well worth the trip!

Say what? Daylight Savings Time is Within Sight!

The Greenwich Perambulator regularly roams the neighborhoods of Greenwich, sharing some of his random findings.

Take heart, it is less than a week until we gain an hour of sunlight in the afternoon through the magic of daylight savings time. The perambulator is one of the many for whom light affects mood, so I welcome the longer days that will start Sunday, March 13.
