The team at Moon developed their restaurant concept with the idea that they "wanted to create a place for the community to gather and simply, enjoy good food".

In addition to the aforementioned Omakase experiences, there are also some enticing starters avail;able at Moon, including Rock Shrimp Tempura (w/ massaman curry aioli, lime zest); Spiced Squash Soup (w/ roasted hazelnuts, brussels sprouts, pickled chilies, red curry); Thai Coconut Mussels (w/ P.E.I mussels, cilantro green curry, nori crostini, micro cilantro); Charred Little Gem Lettuce (w/ asian pear, radishes, five spiced cashews, yuzu - sesame dressing); and more. PLUS, we haven't even mentioned their 30 Piece Sashimi Experience, yet!

Entree include offerings such as Cauliflower Steak (w/ vadouvan curry, shishito chimmichuri, omani lime, cauliflorini); Black Cod (w/ coconut-lemongrass espuma, celery root, baby bok choy); Long Island Duckling For 2 (w/ duck leg confit fried wontons, chinese broccoli, duck jus); a 32oz Dry Aged NY Strip Steak (w/ chimmichuri, shishito peppers, crispy jewel yams, pepper jus); and more.

The craft cocktail list at Moon is inspired! Think artisan concoctions along the lines of Barometric (haku vodka, persimmon, sparkling wine, orange bitters, fresh lemon, candied ginger); Smoke Signal (sagamore clove infused rye, demerara, cinnamon/star anis smoked glass, angostura/orange bitters); and Apollo (barley shōchū, fresh ginger, egg white foam, fresh lemon, angostura design & sage leaf).
