The Greenwich Botanical Center is hosting a Native Plant Propagation Workshop this winter!
On Friday, January 21 from 1-2pm at the CBC Greenhouse, Andy Chapin, neighbor to Greenwich Botanical Center, graduate of Connecticut Master Gardener program and former Greenwich Audubon land steward, teaches how to propagate over winter.
This course provides an easy and affordable way to increase native plants in your garden with tips such as: save and rinse your clear gallon milk jugs then learn how to repurpose them as miniature greenhouse, as these milk jugs will help you use the natural change of seasons to stratify and germinate these seeds.
This event costs $20 to attend and tickets can be purchased here.
