A Celebration of Seasonal Decorations in Greenwich

As we reach “peak holidays” here in Greenwich and the crescendo of the Christmas season is upon us – all of us at Living Greenwich thought it would be apropos to showcase some of the incredibly festive local decorations and street scenes created by our local – and seasonally spirited – business owners, residents and volunteers throughout our town.

So, as families and friends come together around the hearth for jovial conversations, glasses of eggnog and bountiful, home-crafted dinners, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who played a part in bringing such a bright holiday spirit to our community – the place we all call “home”.

And, although we were not able to capture imagery from each and every holiday scene around town, we would like to extend a special thanks to all those sharing holiday cheer this season and to the following businesses for their individual contribution to the holiday merriment: Griffith E Harris Insurance, Fleishers Craft Butchery, Lacoste, Aux Delices, Shoes N More, Betteridge, McArdles Florist and Garden Center, Montgomery Pinetum Park, Back 40 Mercantile, Garden Catering, Darlene's Heavenly Desires, Fairfield Pizza, JSJ Window Treatments, Fjord Fisheries, Greenwich Cheese Co., Cos Cob Volunteer Fire Co., The Bush Holley House, The Cos Cob Inn, and many more!

In closing – we would like to share a special thanks with all those that have supported us this past year. 2016 was a phenomenal year in our town and we are excited for what 2017 has in store for us.

Best to all this holiday season: Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and best for the New Year.
